- Tags, ratings, and organizational data you create
- Cull status and workflow progress
- Application preferences and settings
This local data never leaves your device unless you explicitly enable cloud features.
2.2 Cloud Data (When Using Cloud Features)
If you choose to use our optional cloud features (AI analysis, cloud sync), we may process:
- Resized versions of your images for AI analysis (not full-resolution originals)
- Image metadata and tags for sync purposes
- AI-generated tags and descriptions
- Usage statistics (number of images analyzed, feature usage)
2.3 Authentication Data
When you create an account or sign in, we collect:
- Email address
- Name (if provided)
- Profile picture (if provided via social login)
- Authentication tokens and session data

4. Third-Party Services

When you use AI features, resized versions of your images are sent to these providers for analysis. Images are processed and not stored by these providers beyond what is necessary for the analysis.

5. Data Storage & Security
Local Data: Stored on your device in an encrypted SQLite database. You have full control over this data and can delete it at any time by removing the application.
Cloud Data: Stored in secure PostgreSQL databases hosted on reputable cloud infrastructure providers. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest.
While we implement reasonable security measures, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
